Organise Special Event

Runnign a special event is a great idea to communicate your goal and your personal maessage in a fun and interactive way.  An event can be as simple as an internal work raffle or a little more involved like a big trivia night for your work or local community.

Make it easier by using your contact and make it somthing you and your friends can have some fun organising and implementing.  You could even turn it into an annual event!

Be inventive, creative and use te event to promote your efforts. You are during an amazing thing by paddling down the Hawkesbury River at night, so let your sponsors become a part of that experience.

Trivia Nights - The bar / restaurant /club benefit through bar sales and entry fee goes towards your fundraising. 

Mufti Day / Casual Day - Through workplaces or local school (Gold coin donation).  Other idea include "crazy tie day" or a "colour day" etc
 

Poker / Casino night - Get your friends around and donate a percentage of the winnings towards your fundraising efforts (or charge for chips)
