Entering the race

Lodgment of entry form: Complete the entry form and send together with your entry fee of $88 ($44 if under 18, a  full-time student under 22 years of age or pensioner concession holder) to the entries coordinators. Entries must be received on or before 5pm on Friday 8th October 2010. Entries may close earlier if maximum number of craft (450) is reached.

ENTER EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!

Entry fee: No entry will be accepted without payment of the entry fee. Please make entry fee cheques payable to: The Hawkesbury Canoe Classic.

Concessions: If you are claiming the concession rate please ensure you enclose a copy of your Pension Card or Student Concession Card.

Late entries: If at the close of entries there are less than 450 craft entered, late entries will be accepted at the Race Director’s discretion provided they are accompanied by an entry fee of $160.00 per paddler.

Cut-off: Under no circumstances will any entries be accepted after 5pm  on Wednesday 20 October 2010.

Change of class: Any requested changes to classes after Wednesday 20 October 2010 will require a $20 donation.

Cancellations: Entry may be cancelled up to close of entries 5pm on Friday 8 October 2010 and a refund will be issued (less administration fee). Any cancellation after 5pm on Friday 8 October 2009 will not receive a refund. Should the event have to be cancelled for any reason, the organisers will endeavour to reschedule the event.

Outstanding debts: Entry will not be accepted if the previous year’s sponsorship is outstanding or you have outstanding receipt books or raffle books from previous years.

Age:  To enter you  must at least 15 years of age as at 1st January.
